The woman behind SHE Ever After
I’m Kristen, the founder of SHE Ever After.
This work grew out of lived experience and a deep respect for how complex women’s lives can be, especially in seasons of loss, transition, and change.
For many years, I lived in survival mode, doing what I thought I was supposed to do, staying strong, staying quiet, and carrying more than my share. Over time, that way of living began to cost me more than it gave me.
SHE Ever After exists because I know what it’s like to reach the point where survival is no longer enough, but the next chapter isn’t clear yet.
My role is not to fix or rush anyone forward. It’s to hold space, ask honest questions, and walk alongside women as they begin listening to themselves again and deciding what comes next, in their own time.
If you’re here, you don’t need to have answers. You don’t need a plan.
You just need permission to slow down and be honest about where you are.

Guiding Your Life from Surviving toThriving
I’m Kristen, the founder of SHE Ever After.
This work exists because I know what it’s like to live in survival for a long time, and to reach the moment where that way of living no longer works.
For many years, my life looked good from the outside. I was a wife, a mother of three daughters, a business owner, and the one who kept everything running. Inside, I was slowly losing connection with myself, staying strong, staying quiet, and doing what I believed was required to keep the peace.
Over time, that way of living began to cost me more than it gave me.
SHE Ever After was born from the decision to stop abandoning myself in order to survive, and from the understanding that many women reach this same crossroads in midlife. Not because they failed, but because they outgrew the life they were surviving.
My role is not to fix or rush anyone forward. It’s to hold space, ask honest questions, and walk alongside women as they begin listening to themselves again and deciding what comes next, in their own time.
I believe the second half of life is not a decline.
It’s a return.
And this space exists for women who are ready to stop living from endurance alone.
